Due to the special requirements of the shipbuilding industry, doors require extreme performance. After increasing shipbuilding business in Türkiye in 2003, the shipyard began to manufacture the first door. Every year, we improve our hangar doors according to customers' special requirements. Especially in the shipbuilding industry, doors are affected by extreme working conditions. Dock doors can be used in extreme conditions, and aircraft hangar doors are used in airports, shipyards and mining industries. Special doors can be manufactured according to special requirements, such as crane doors, soundproof doors, etc. Flexible giants have excessive durability. The hangar door can be operated 24/7 by selecting high resistance fabrics and a gearbox system.

Excellent sealing performance
The hangar door has a unique side sealed pocket. This heavy-duty polyvinyl chloride coated fabric has excellent sealing performance, allowing doors to close even in strong wind conditions. It is designed for silent operation. Even under strong wind conditions, doors and windows can be closed. It is designed for silent operation.
 
Maximum size
There are no size restrictions on the doors of the shipyard hangar. We can produce one piece of 50000 mm X 35000 mm and an infinite width mullion system.

steel structure
  A door is made of two types of fabric that fold in opposite directions. The fabric part is fixed on a horizontal beam (steel or aluminum). The minimum thickness of the door is 600 millimeters. The middle crossbeam can be retracted and retracted through an electric motor. The crossbeam is equipped with tires for easy operation in windy conditions. The retraction of the middle beam will not hinder the net size of the opening.
The bottom beam of the bottom crossbeam is designed based on wind resistance and door size to carry the load of the middle steel beam during door operation. Under strong wind conditions, the bottom beam can also be completely closed and sealed.
 
Side guide rail
  The flexible giant vertical guide rail of the dock gate is made of structural steel, and its depth and width depend on the size of the intermediate beam. The guide rail is designed to provide a weather tight seal between the door and frame. The design and manufacturing of the side guide rails facilitate replacement in case of damage. The aluminum rail is fixed to the steel structure with bolts.
The side guide rail dock door is operated by steel cables, with a maximum of two steel cables running inside the guide rail for each door. There are no kinks during cable installation, and the diameter of the pulley should be carefully selected to prevent any kinks or abnormal stress during cable operation.
The bottom beam is equipped with a honeycomb shaped rubber seal (U-shaped). Depending on the type of door, the side rails on the frame structure or mullions have honeycomb rubber seals or integral brush seals. The specially selected rubber has high resistance to extreme cold and hot weather outdoors.

fire resistance
The fire resistance of the fabric is applicable to any fire safety regulations. The relevant standard is DIN 4102- B1. These materials are difficult to ignite. They include materials such as fire retardant treated wood and rigid foam plastics. When the fire source is removed, the fire must extinguish itself.
 
Insulation data
The flexible giant folding hangar door of the standard shipyard gate has excellent insulation due to its extremely wide width and sealing performance. Insulation value U% 3C0.9 W/m2. K isolation fabric can also attenuate sound by 12 decibels.
 
Load brake+air lock
The flexible giant door (with steel truss) of the shipyard gate is equipped with a load brake installed at the bottom of the door. (Patent protection) The load brake will prevent the door from falling in the event of motor or lifting strap or rope failure. The wind lock will prevent the door from lifting from the closed position, even in high wind conditions. The safety device of the load arrester is to sense the slack cable conditions and cut off the power supply to the appropriate (it is combined with the switch system). Drive the device to prevent unsafe situations.
 
wind resistance
The hangar doors of the shipyard are designed as a single system to withstand specified wind loads. The fiber stress generated by the combination of static and wind loads will not exceed the factors of the materials used and the type of sustained load. When operating at a speed of 140 km/h in the closed position, it can withstand wind speeds up to 180 km/h. Special doors can be manufactured to provide wind speed carrying capacity of up to 230 km/h in hurricane areas.
 
Structural loads
The design of shipyard doors and hangar doors should be able to withstand dead loads, seismic forces, and design loads generated by wind pressure and suction calculated based on the environment and building environment.

Drive device and limit switch
The lifting motor is usually located above the door opening. All dock doors are equipped with dual motors to provide balanced lifting, allowing the other to operate the system even if one motor is damaged. The limit switch is also located above the door opening. The dock door switch system will not be lost or damaged, and all switches are located on both sides of the safety switch. When the door is fully opened or fully closed, the door stops at the limit switch. If these limit switches are bypassed, there are safety limit switches in both directions. The upper limit switch is located above the door, and moving the horizontal door beam at each end and top of the door will activate them. The lower limit switch is located above the opening of the slack/rope switch.

operate
The flexible giant folding fabric hangar door of the shipyard gate is guided up and down by a weatherproof vertical guide rail attached to the structure. The door is controlled by three buttons labeled open, close, and stop. Before any part of the door moves, the sound and visual warning device will automatically emit a few seconds of signal, keep it continuously open while the door moves, and immediately reset after the movement stops.
 
manual operation;
There are several methods to complete emergency operations. A manual crank connected to the motor output shaft can be used for manual operation. For very large doors, this is not a feasible way to open them. Connecting the door to the generator can solve the problem during a power outage.
 
control panel
The control board is designed according to CE 2006/95 EC and NEMA ICS 6 standards. I ̇ T is designed for simplicity and high durability. As part of the safety regulations control panel, the control panel contains interlocking devices to prevent personal injury, and the key lock used to authorize personal operation includes an interlocking device between the power system and the hand crank for manually operating the door device. (Optional) It is controlled by instantaneous pressure opening and constant pressure closing, and safe mode can also be used.
 
frequency converter
