•We will carry out our work in accordance with environmental, occupational health and safety regulations, other regulations, and customer conditions.
• We will take measures to prevent or reduce risks at the source by targeting the source and environment. If this is not possible, we will take necessary measures to prevent environmental and occupational accidents through general or personal protection methods.
• We will continuously review the HSE management system to control important environmental factors and risks.
• We will ensure that waste is reduced at the source, reused and recycled as much as possible, and unused waste is disposed of through appropriate methods.
• We will provide necessary training and activities to raise awareness, so that all of our employees can accept HSE awareness and participate in it.
Within the scope of Türkiye's Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331, according to the Regulations on Procedures and Principles of Occupational Health and Safety Training for Employees, court members are trained in occupational health and safety in the workplace.

Installation Engineering Description
• Personnel who will work in the assembly plant must be suitable for the job during regular health checks conducted by doctors in the workplace.
• Personnel who have not received high-altitude work training shall not be employed in the assembly plant.
• Employees who feel unwell and unable to work due to slow movements should notify the authorities and avoid going to heights
•The work will be carried out in accordance with written and verbal instructions from occupational safety experts in the area to be installed
• All assembly work will be carried out under the supervision and control of the responsible person.
• When commuting to and from the assembly point, traffic rules and regulations will be followed; Procedures for using company vehicles
• Installation personnel will comply with the "occupational health and safety" measures, rules, and procedures in their work area
• If necessary occupational health and safety measures cannot be taken in the assembly area for any reason, the work will be unable to proceed and the authorities will be notified.
• Assembly personnel will wear the work clothes given to them during work, avoid loose clothing, and use accessories such as watches, rings, necklaces, etc.
• According to the type of work to be completed, assembly personnel must use personal protective equipment (parachute type seat belts, fall arrest systems, chin fastening helmets, work shoes, safety glasses, gloves, and masks).
• Before starting work, the suitability of the tools, equipment, and personal protective equipment (lifting trucks, scaffolding, ladders, lifelines, and anchor points) to be used will be checked
• Assembly and similar work that does not need to be carried out at heights will be carried out as much as possible on the ground
• Environmental safety measures will be taken in the work area of assembly personnel
• According to the horizontal or vertical lifeline, high-altitude work will be carried out in accordance with the "High altitude Work Rules".
• Under the supervision of personnel, work on stairs can only be carried out for a short period of time according to the "Ladder Instructions".
• If lifting tools, such as personnel elevators, are used, the use of work equipment will be completed by qualified personnel.
• During the construction period on a mobile scaffold, the scaffold will be fully installed (balancing feet, cross bracing, guardrails, heels, etc.), and when there are people on the scaffold, the feet of the scaffold will be locked and the scaffold will not be moved.
• When working equipment such as cranes or platforms must be used, work must not be carried out unless the equipment is suitable for the job.
• Before each work, visually inspect the electric or manual tools used, and unsuitable tools will not be used.
• Before work, the cables of the electric tools used should be inspected and no worn, peeled or damaged cables should be used. The cables of electric tools should be organized in a way that does not create a risk of falling and tripping.
• In work related to chemical products, masks and goggles will be used.
• Before assembly, the staff will carry all tools and equipment with them and place them in the material belt to prevent them from falling. During operation, no material will be thrown from bottom to top or from top to bottom.
• The warning/warning signs in the assembly area must be strictly followed
• Avoid installing in windy and rainy weather, especially at high altitudes.
• Workers must comply with the above rules. The work contracts of workers who do not comply with these regulations will be terminated
